How close is Hotel Miconia or SeaSide Hotel from the airport?

The San Cristobal airport is a short distance away from both properties and can be reached by car within 10 minutes. It is also accessible by bike or walking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

We are open from 7 am to 10 pm, every day. Check in is at noon and check out (the time by which the room should be vacated) is 11 am.

Do you also offer touristic activities?

No, but we can help with planning and contacting the guides or agencies that offer tours.

Do you offer transportation from the airport / dock to the hotel and the other way around?

Yes, our clients can book free transfer to and from the hotel. See more client benefits here.

Is breakfast included with the accommodation?

Yes, breakfast is included when you pay the standard rate. It may not apply with some discounts or promotions.

Why does the price on the website differ from the price I was given elsewhere?

Our website may at times offer prices that are only available when you book directly with us. The final price will depend on the medium through which you pay. This means that we cannot match the price if you pay at the hotel with cash to a price that may be offered via another booking method, unless it is specifically stated as such in the terms and conditions.
